I cant find a way to enable TV out on my Orange Pi Zero Plus

Ive tried Debian, ubuntu and armbian

Ive looked in armbian-config but found nothing relating to enabling TV OUT,

There is so little documentation online about the plus version of this board,

Any ideas how to get an output on my TV?

TV out is enabled by default on legacy kernel, while on the mainline kernel is not developed and there no particular interest or resources to do that.

I solder a cut rca cable wire on top of black aux looking metal part of this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Specialized-Orange-Pi-Zero-Expansion-Board-PC-IO-Two-Usb-Microphone-Video-Audio/163068967821?hash=item25f7aafb8d:g:dtUAAOSwdm1bDDW9 and plug that into the tv, it literally only needs 1 wire to get to the tv absolutely no negative wire or anything, I only see black and white but whatever I still make a lot of .img operating systems by removing absolutely all files I don't need from it and it gives me faster boots. I even have a good 17 second boot img where it skips login and goes to my swf file fullscreen.

If you use a diode you will see that the 1 wire circuit doesn't go just 1 way it sends and recieves because it wont work with a diode

If you use a gateway moniter with rca 1 wire it will show in color

or if you want color on any moniter, you use that rca video part with these resistors and capacitors which you connect to a male vga socket that will than go into the moniter:
