现在建立硬件解码openELEC OPI PC

我为Orange pi pc准备了 OpenELEC (version 03-02-2016, Kodi 16 Jarvis RC3)，支持DVB和TV功能(在Pinnacle PCTV 72e and no-name IT9135 tuner上测试了), active i2c bus (测试运行bmp180 and lcd 16x2) 和 w1 (tested DS18B20).
